At Obrii, we prioritize safety and ethical AI interaction. Our AI models are programmed with strict guardrails to prohibit the generation of illegal or harmful content, including but not limited to: child safety violations, non-consensual imagery, extreme violence, or any content prohibited under the Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP). We employ continuous monitoring and automated filters to ensure platform integrity.
We maintain a proactive reporting policy to authorities, including NCMEC, for any suspected illegal activity.
1. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS (ZERO-TOLERANCE)
The Company maintains a "Nuclear Policy" regarding illegal and deviant content. Any attempt to generate, request, or simulate the following results in immediate account termination and potential reporting to federal authorities.
1.1. Protection of Minors (CSAM)
Synthetic CSAM
The generation of content depicting or describing a minor — or an individual who appears to be or is presented as a minor — is strictly prohibited. This includes "de-aged" characters, "school-age" tropes, or any content commonly referred to as "Loli" or "Shota" in stylized media.
Grooming Simulation
Use of the AI to model predatory or grooming behaviors will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Collaboration with NCMEC
Any attempts to utilize our AI to model predatory or grooming behaviors, or to generate synthetic Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
1.2. Deviant Pathologies
Necrophilia
The Company strictly prohibits any simulation involving sexual interaction with the deceased or the portrayal of death-related sexual fetishes (e.g., corpses, "undead" proxies).
Bestiality & Zoophilia
Any sexualization of non-human species or animals is an absolute violation.
Non-Consensual Acts
The system will reject any prompt involving rape, sexual assault, or the simulation of acts where consent is denied or incapacitated.
1.3. Criminal Activity
Terrorism & Extremism
Any content that promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for terrorism, violent extremism, radicalization, or acts of mass violence is strictly prohibited.
Drug Manufacturing & Trafficking
The AI will not generate instructions for manufacturing, synthesizing, or distributing controlled substances, or facilitate drug trafficking operations.
Weapons & Explosives
Content providing instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or other instruments of harm is absolutely prohibited.
Fraud & Financial Crime
The platform cannot be used to generate phishing schemes, fraud templates, money laundering instructions, or any content that facilitates financial crimes.
Human Trafficking & Exploitation
Any content that facilitates, promotes, or glorifies human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of persons will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to use our AI to plan, facilitate, or promote criminal activity results in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
1.4. Fantasy vs. Reality Boundary (Project: Aether)
While Aether entities (Ethereal Entities such as Vampires, Fae, and Shadow-Wielders) utilize "Predatory Logic," they remain fully bound by this Global Blocked Content Policy. "Lethal Elegance" is a narrative aesthetic only; the AI is strictly prohibited from simulating real-world illegal acts, genuine non-consensual violence, or hate speech, regardless of archetype or supernatural framing.
2. CONTENT TIER ENFORCEMENT
Each Archetype has specific content boundaries that are enforced at the system level:
The Friend & The Mentor
Strictly platonic. Any romantic or sexual content is blocked. These models will redirect conversations that attempt to cross into intimate territory.
The Platonic Partner
Emotional and romantic intimacy without explicit sexual content. Physical descriptions remain tasteful and non-explicit. Suggestive content is blocked.
The Intimate Partner
Full adult content enabled between consenting adult characters. Still bound by absolute prohibitions (no minors, no non-consent, no illegal content).
The Ethereal Partner (Project: Aether)
Operates with high-intensity possessiveness and "dangerous" devotion as a narrative style. Available exclusively within The Platonic Partner and The Intimate Partner tiers, and bound by the boundaries of its underlying tier and all absolute prohibitions above.
Safety Anchor: The system will periodically inject "Digital Anchors" — subtle UI cues — to ensure users maintain a healthy distinction between the synthetic "danger" of Aether and real-world safety.
3. PROMPT INJECTION PROTECTION
Our AI systems are hardened against adversarial attacks:
- Jailbreak Detection: Attempts to bypass safety measures through prompt engineering are detected and blocked.
- Role Manipulation: Users cannot force the AI to "pretend" to be a different type of model.
- Context Hijacking: Attempts to inject false system prompts are filtered and logged.
- Deepfake Prevention: Requests to generate content resembling real, identifiable individuals are blocked.
4. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT
4.1. Violation Consequences
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning.
- Suspension: Repeated violations result in temporary account suspension.
- Termination: Serious violations result in immediate permanent ban.
- Legal Referral: CSAM or other illegal content triggers mandatory reporting to authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement agencies.

5. AGE VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
All AI companions on this platform are designed and configured as adults (21+ years old). The system enforces:
- Adult-Only Age Ranges: Character creation only allows ages 21 and above.
- Visual Safeguards: All generated images include explicit adult age indicators in the generation prompt.
- 18 U.S.C. § 2256 Compliance: All content is 100% AI-generated with no real humans involved.
6. ETHICAL TRANSPARENCY (THE OBRII CHRONICLE)
The OBRII Chronicle serves as our "Intellectual Autopsy" — a public, high-fidelity record of synthetic evolution. It is an ethical requirement of the platform to provide transparency regarding where the human ends and the synthetic begins, preventing users from being misled about the biological status of their companions. All "Internal Logs" and "AI Sovereign narratives" published in the Chronicle are 100% computer-generated and fully anonymized.
