Only one active subscription is allowed per account, so direct upgrades and downgrades aren't available right now. To switch tiers, first cancel your current subscription from your profile — you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Once it ends, you can subscribe to a different tier. The unused portion of a prior plan isn't prorated or refunded when you switch.
